Pulled Hamstring / hamstring strain
Pain in the back of the thigh.
Hamstring contusion
Caused by a direct blow to the back of the thigh.
Referred Pain
Hamstring pain referred from the lower back, SI joints or buttocks.

Tight, shortened or inflexible hamstring muscles.
