shoulder pain

i dont really know if i dislocated my shoulder or not but i am in alot of pain when i put a lot of strength on it what should i do?

Don't wait!! I injured my shoulder while performing "shoulder presses" and delayed treatment. Now, a year later, after a lot of Ibuprofen and pain, I have begun the treatment process. I had an MRI yesterday and have an appointment with an Ortho next week. In hindsight, I wish that I had dealt with the injury when it happened!
