Hurt hip

I fell in the shower back in May of 2008. I got wrist surgery done to repair the damage I did from falling in the shower. Now my hip is starting to bother me. In April of 2008, I got ankle surgery done and four weeks later, I took a shower without putting alot of weight on my right ankle and got shampoo in my eyes and had two hands on the walls; left one on the side wall and right one on the wall in back of me and as I tried to turn around, I slipped with my eyes closed because I could not see with the soap in my eyes and got really hurt. I injured my wrist and needed surgery because it never healed properly but I also hurt my hip. It bothered me a little after the fall but it is now bothering me more. Can a fall like that cause a hip injury also? Why am I feeling more of the pain now? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
