I think you should see a Doctor about your problems. Persistant widespread pain like this, coupled with bladder problems could indicate more of a medical problem than musculoskeletal problem.

Heidi,
I am sorry to hear you are hurting. The condition Osteitis Pubis is poorly understood, and therefore many people search endlessly for answers regarding best outcome and treatments.
I had the condition for many months and it debilitated me to the point where I was on disability from work, couldn't care for my children, couldn't walk....anyway, I'm now 100% better due to a treatment from a man who specializes in OP that I learned about on another forum.
Please check out this link to another sports injury forum, and look under the osteitis pubis links. There are 3 threads worthy of digging into.

Many people have travelled from all over the world to see a guy named Garry Miritis who works right outside Melbourne, Australia. His website is www.miritismassage.com
He has perfected a technique that corrects this condition in those who see him with OP.

I got it from pregnancy and birth. Many others get it from sport injury. My name is Kir and I've posted my experience on the above forum. Best of luck to you. There is hope, there is an answer, and there is relief.

All the best, Kir
