Shoulder Stabilisation Operation

I have had 2 Bankart repairs on my shoulder and it has again dislocated. I have been offered a Coracoid Process Bony transposition operation by the Bristow Latarjet procedure.
Has anyone had this operation and how are they now?
I am a climber so am interested in anyone who has gone back to sport after the op.
