Wrist injury over a year ago

I fell in the shower and sprained my right wrist. This was over a year ago and it still clicks and is very painful. Also, on the right part of my right wrist near that bony thing, I can see something sticking out as I turn my wrist. I don't know what it is. Maybe it is from the injury that never healed properly. I have already went through left wrist surgery and maybe getting surgery on my right wrist. I also got ankle surgery last year in April. About a month later, I took a shower and fell and sprained both my wrists. Left wrist just had surgery and I have a feeling my right wrist is next.

Please any advice would be greatly appreciated.
