About 10 days ago I started the road to rehabilitation following a diagnosis of tendon damage in the adductor complex and hip flexors.

At the moment its all based in the pool. 3 sessions a week for around 30-40 mins.

Within a couple of days of starting the exercises (stretches/raises etc with floats) I have noticed a pain in my right testicle which has become worse as time has progressed.

The pain seems to actually be on the testicle itself and a little bit up the front of my tummy.

Is this connected with the exercises starting ? or have I been unlucky enough to get an infection or similar at the same time. ??? (PS, there are no obvious lumps etc !!)

Hi
Have you mentioned this to whoever is conducting your rehab? If you are doing rehab on your own then I would suggest you visit your Doctor for a check up. It could be a number of things, from infection to a hernia, with many inbetween! IT is well worth a trip to the Doc to get this checked out.

Good luck!

Im off to GP this afternoon, Ive got a piece of wood to bite down on !!.

If it is exercise related I'll keep you posted. I have been spoilt by having two weeks rehab at Goring with a physio every day etc.. , left to my own devices and it goes wrong...
