finger strapping

He Guys, I have a 15 year old patient with instability of his superior 3rd Metacarple jnt. I need a tapping technique. Any suggestions. I had a look at the "buddy" system on this web site but this wont work. Any suggestions.

Can you be a bit more specific about which joint you mean. Is it the metacarpal-phalangeal (MCP) joint of the middle finger?
