I have been running 5-6 miles/day (6 days/week) for about a month and recently have been having pain in my left groin. The pain does not go into my leg muscles, but is concentrated more within the pubic bone area. It is not a constant pain, more of a dull sensation that I feel most when lifting my leg or putting pressure on it when walking.

This is the first "injury" I've had and am fairly new to this, so any help you can offer would be appreciated!
