picked up a knee injury in a football game tonight but not really sure what has happened the pain is from the bottom of the knee cap down a thew centremetres in that sort of area area i felt it after i took a corner there is no swelling around the knee and i think if i had tore any thing i would be in alot more pain than i am but i am still in quite a bit of discomfort soo just wondering if any one can help at all on maybe what i have done any replys would be very much appreciated
