Hi everyone! I play soccer and long story short. I played a game on a Sunday and i came on as sub and played 35minutes. In europe if u dont start a match you have to play the next game with the 2nd team, so i played a full 90minute match than. The next day i practiced 2 times in the day the 1st training was ok and the 2nd training, well doing shooting drills, i felt this sharp pain at the top of my thigh sorta felt like a muscle cramp or spasm. I rested for a little and tried to take it easy and its been about 3months now of training this muscle back to good and i seen a specialist and all he told me was i have a ruptured thigh muscle(Rectus femoris rupture) and i would be out 2 more months and that the things i was doing before werent helping me. My queston is i asked him what can i do and he said take it easy and do things that bring you no pain. I've been doing ur excersises on this site for almost 2months now and its not really getting better any suggestions?
