hi i am 17 and not played football for over 7 months now due to patella tendinopathy, i have now done physiopherapy for about 6 months and if anything, my knee is less able than it was when i was playing football. i am going to see an orthapaedic doctor but what can he do? is there hope i will get playing football again?
