Hi Everyone
I recently had surgery to both my calf muscles to releive pressure in the muscles as i was always having tightness in my lower legs when i ran. The operation was called deep posterior compartment surgery and i was just interested to see if any one else has had the surgery previously, and what their recovery time after the operation was.
