I've been searching for a site that gives more descriptions of hand injuries. Will the SportInjuryClinic be doing more? I found more info here then any site so far. (Thanks).
I kayak in rough waters which puts a lot of strain on my hands. Right now I am trying to assess if I ripped tendons in my palm to a point I need surgury or if in time they will heal. It is the middle finger's mateacarpal on my left hand which sustained the injury. The hand works well with full motion while not under continuous stress but if I use it it'll get sore and stay sore.
I was looking for various hand taping techniques. Hope to see some on here soon.
