I dislocated my patella for the 2nd time two weeks ago. Just looking for some suggestions on how long I really "have" to stay in the full stabilization brace or if its safe for me to use a less invasive brace. Also any suggestions for speeding up recovery? I am the mom of two small children and getting very frustrated.
