I fell during a ski trip 3 weeks ago. My left shoulder took the main blow during my fall and then my body landed on it.
My x rays and my MRI was clear.
So why am I still having pain behind my shoulder blade and my sternum? My pain is worse at night and I have only been getting 3-4 hours of sleep. I have taken a medrol dose pack and toradol. No improvement.
Help.
