Hi everyone, came across this forum while googling about the weird feeling in my knee.

I'm not sure what is counted as "serious" and needs to be looked at... It doesnt hurt so much that I need to take pain killers or anything at all, but it bothers a little when i flex and extend my right knee (especially putting my body weight on it while I flex and extend). If i don't do anything with it, I'm fine. Should I still get it looked at? or would that be a waste of time?

I want to put ice on it - but it's really cold around this time of the year....

im no doctor, but rest it, stop all exercise and ice it up..

do that for a week or maybe two then see how you go... if there is no improvement i would go see a doctor, or failing that just skip straight to a physio..

the problem i had with my knees was that i didnt stop exercise when it was hurting.. so thats the biggest piece of advice i can give you!

Hey... get it checked out!! The worst case senario is that a doc orders an MRI. Get a base line on it so you know how to train your knee to respond to therapy.
I've had both replaced, but training properly can reduce any needs of your surgery!
