Hi Ruth,
I am 54 years of age and although I have been cardio fit for many years I have taken up resistance training only in the past 5 years. During the last year I have been suffering from tendonitis on the inside of the right elbow. I have received physio and rested it. More recently I had a steroid injection. The problem subsided but has since returned to the point where I cannot lift weights without some pain. I am reluctant to have another injection. I don't play tennis or golf. My left elbow is occasionally problematic but nowhere near as bad as the right elbow. Any advice please?
Michael
