Help - am looking for exercises for a client who has been diagnosed with lipping in her spine - due to degeneration or inflammation - docs words and for her to do some exercise - but with no advice.
She has osteoarthritis and is currently receiving acupuncture for the pain and getting god results. She currently undertakes exercise at a local gym - weight, combat classes etc. I feel that water would be a better medium for her - what do you think??
