Hello all.
As you may of guessed, I'm a bicycle repair man. I pedal fairly frequently, and have gone without injury for many years until recently.
I'm looking for some help or guidance in diagnosis and rehabilation of my injury.
I live in the North East, any recomendations for a physio with experience of cycle related injury?
My GP has diagnosed a ligament strain in my knee. July/August 2007
It has been rested from all cycling for 4 months.
I then began physio and worked through streches, ultrasound and massage.
Over the last 2 months I have been gently begining to ride again. And; all was progressing well; until i suffered an unexpetced cramp in my quads.
This appears to have set me back quite a bit, with resurging pains in and arround the knee.
Any help or guidance in getting me back on the bike would be greatly appreciated.
