it only hurts when i turn my foot out to the side. then it hurts a ton, but when i move it back it doesnt really hurt anymore. does anyone know what could be wrong with it??

Need a bit more information I'm afraid. When did you first notice this? What kind of pain? Where exactly is the pain? Did it come on gradually or suddenly?
