Ok...I've looked online for a long time and have yet to find anything that matches the symptoms of my foot pain. I get really weird foot cramps anytime I exercise--I have for years--it occurs on the bottom sides of my midfoot...Wearing 'good' supportive shoes makes it worse so I generally do things like yoga, kickboxing, etc. barefoot (which I know probably isn't good either). Activities I love like skating (rollerblading) are agonizing because my feet just cramp up like crazy! I saw the details of a Navicular Stress Fracture, but I don't have pain in the 'n spot', nor have I ever injured my foot...it just chronically seems to show up when I skate, bike, or exercise (which I need to start doing way more of). Strangely enough, a few weeks ago, when I was coaching softball, I was running on our concrete playground and gave myself a good dose of Plantar Fasciitis--so I've been taking it easy on my foot...today I even bought an elastic ace-bandage type arch brace to wear...but as soon as I put it on, my heel didn't bother me...it was the damn sides of my feet again...and not because it is too tight...it's just really weird. I've been a very athletic person my entire life (volleyball is my first sport), and I've always generally been pretty injury-free...except for this annoying chronic foot cramping. Anyone else experience this? What the heck is wrong with my feet?!
