A few years ago I got my foot stuck inbetween two other players feet while playing basketball, I moved but my ankle and foot stayed inbetween their feet. I hear a pop and there was a lot of pain. I never went to the doctors because my coach believed it was just an ankle sprain but I dont think it was. It is hard to explain where the pain was but the pain was in the arch of my foot into my ankle, I dont think that it healed completly either because there sometimes is a dul pain in my arch, does anyone know what kind of injury this is so I can prevent it from happening again
