hey guys... new poster here.
i suffered a high ankle sprain back in late january playing basketball, landed badly on a rebound.
it was a fairly bad one, possibly grade 3, was off my feet for a few days, quite a lot of pain/swelling.
didn't have too much time to rest it properly as a week later i had to go work on a traveling television show. i did have it braced and wasn't running often or anything of that nature.
anyways, flash forward to now and my ankle feels a lot better. it's a little tight in the morning but aside from that all good. however! not when i'm running. i can work out in the gym, and lift weights without pain, however i can't play the sport i'm most passionate about (soccer) as the shoes doen't provide much support and i still can't run nearly full speed with out making it uncomfortable.
any ideas on how to make this process speed up? good work outs for it?
