Had Shoulder Arthroscopy in 2006, Then last year I ended up getting some bone chips pull away from the bone at the repaired tendons/ligaments/muscles. Im heading back to Play AFL and Rugby and want to know whether or not the Neoprene Shoulder supports are any good?? I currently use EAB and Rigid Tape and its costing me a small fortune.
Any feedback on these would be good, I mostly want to know how they go in contect compared to have the shoulder strapped.
