I've had lower back pain come and go seemingly randomly since I was 16, but recently, I've had issues where, if I lie on my stomach, I am not able to get up. I have to roll onto my back and squirm around until the pain subsides and I can sit up.
I was in a store about 2 months ago, bent down to pick something up from the lowest shelf, and literally got stuck. I couldn't convince my body to let me stand upright, so I ended up lying on the floor to slowly straighten my back--obviously this seems odd.
Lastly, I'm quite active and can even walk on my hands if I want, but for some reason, I can't do sit-ups without someone holding my feet (and it's not that I don't have abs, it seems to be that my lower back just isn't strong enough)
So with all of that information, maybe you can five me some much needed advice, I hate feeling like im much older than I am.
