hi there i was wondering if anyone could help me. i have had a hamstring injury now for the past 3-4 weeks. each day i have been doing the streches recommended and applying heat all the time. My physio advised me to go back to training last week but as i went over the hurdles i felt a sudden pain again in the hamstring muscle. I need my leg to be better for next monday as i have an important competition is there anything else i can do to speed up the process?
