can anyone offer any suggestions?
left foot in forefoot abduction, subtalar pronation with calcaneaal eversion and callous formation on the medial side of the great toe. Posteriorly the achilles tendon appeared bowed at its calcaneal attachment point.
left tibia internally rotated with the superior patella drifting medially. The ASIS was also lowered, creating a shearing effect at the pubis symhysis.
Body weight shifted to the rightleg which exhibited lateral pelvic tilt with an elevated posteriorly rotated right ilium.
Sacral base nearly an inch high on the right, with multifidi, lower posterior serratus and latissimus dorsi effected by sacral misalignment.
