i also have what is a clicking noise in my elbow. it only happens when i flex my elbow with my hand supinated ie bicep curl, and it happens at exactly 90 degrees. there is no click during hammer curl etc.... i can train around it by supinating my elbow when its past 90 degrees but it hurts afterwards
