weird warmth feeling in foot

hi guys. on saturday i went on a cruise.. i was sitting ontop of a table and i got off real quick to run over to the other side to make sure my bag was still there. when i initially got off the table i felt like a tear on the top of my foot, and then i felt this warmth in that same area. i would touch the top of my foot and feel that spot warm and the rest of my foot normal temperature...

its not friday and my foot has been swelling on and off.. it hurts a bit when i walk, and if i press the top of my foot i feel discomfort..

can anyone help. i tried looking at this site but no help
