There is a bizzarre oblique/abdominal injury i just got a couple of days ago.
The injury started when i landed in a funny compressed way in ju jitsu practice landing bent to my right side.
Now when i bend to the right side moving my rib cage to my hip there is a *CLICK* *POP* followed by another *CLICK* *POP* on the way up. the more click pops the more discomfort/pain.
I have also found it tough to explosively twist to that side, and pain stabilizing a fast twist.
Is this a pulled muscle? Why would it *click* *pop* which i feel at the bottom of the rib cage almost?
It also seems sore to the touch.
I have a high pain tolerance so there have been situations where it is worse off than it feels.
