    I would advise you to speak to a surgeon about your options if you haven't already. I do know people who have had a fusion and it has been successful, but of course you need to do what's right for you, after finding out as much as you can about the procedure and speaking o others that have had it.

    Sometimes, the knee injury (extreme injury in which the knee cap is cracked or like..)
    can cause the imbalance of steps of back.
    I'm afraid of that and CT scan is helpful to diagnose it.
    But, only therapy is not just enough. regards
