Default Lower back pain after 6 month, advice plz

Hi I am a active 25 year old who used to play alot of sports, 6 months ago I pulled a muscle on the left side of my lower back,(at least that what I think I did).after about 3 months the sharp pain went away and after a further month of dull pains most of the problems were gone. But I still havent started to play sports yet because I do t want to damage it again,
My problem is when I stand up and twist my upperbody, I get a feeling similar to when u twist your knee and your joint opens slightly. It doesnt hurt but feels very fragile, just wondering if this is normal and advice on what to do thankyou

    Hi
I would advise you to see someone about your back. Muscle injuries do not usually take that long to heal so I suspect it may be a ligament in the spine or even some disc damage. Try a chiropractor or osteopath

Most of the reasons that people get back pain are Multifactorial and not well defined.Chiropractic is a primary contact branch of health care specialising in the diagnosis, treatment and overall management of conditions which are due to mechanical dysfunction and injury of soft tissues. Early assessment and treatment gives the best possible outcome with less visits and less pain.
