Default Lower back pain after abs and lower back

So I've been trying to hit my abs some to get a jump start for summer.

I've also been doing some pushups, and inverted rows to also help out.

For my abs and lower back this is my workout:

    Crunches 2x18
    Hanging leg raises 2x15
    Reverse crunches 2x20

    Lower back is
    Supermans 2x1min holds

The next day, i hurt in my lower back, like in the middle right above my buttocks, in the sides of my lower back, kinda right close to the bones in your lower back (not the spine).

I used to not have these sorts of pains, i used to hit my abs every day.

I notice the pain some during exercise (its just minor) and the next day is when i feel it. During the exercise, its usually the abs that i feel it. Nothing else.

How can i fix this problem, and what could i possibly have done?

Well if the pain in your back only started after you started doing ab work then you need to stop doing them until you can get your back checked out. Ab exercises are very hard on the lower back, even if you don't feel it at the time.

Is it possible just the muscles in my lower back are weak? I done another workout yesterday, and i put a pillow under my back during the crunches, and during the lying leg raises, and i done planks also. And stability ball back extensions, and i haven't had the pain too bad...knock on wood..
