Helllo,
I have only recently started running, it has been about two and a half months and I am running on a tread mill. Last week I came home from gym after a harder workout then usual and noticed in the evening that my coccyx hurt when I sat down and lent back. The pain was not bad at all Saturday and Sunday but by Monday I was I a lot of pain sitting down and moving. The pain then got a lot better yesterday. It still hurts today but the pain has sort of spread and isn’t stabbing as much, it has spread all over my back and down my legs. Has anyone had this kind of injury before? I am really not sure when to start running again and how to prevent it. If anyone has any tips I would be very grateful.
