Hi the name is Bonez and about a month ago and friend and myself were seriously hurt in attempt to fall off a 20 ft cage onto a table. he broke his leg in 4 places and I recieved a nicely fractured lumbar and a bruised lung. Im all out of pain meds and have no insurence so i want to start training again but the doctor said im out for 4-6 months...When is a good time to start regular cardio work outs? and when would be a healthy time to start lifting weights again?
