    Default Secundary Symptoms

I injured my lower back while trying to help some guys that where going to drop a sofa. I am getting several secondary symptoms such has pain on my upper back, my head hurts, my hands tingle and I feel no strength on my legs. Has anyone had this before? Is it a serious symptom? I am thinking on going to take an MRI, I am not sure if my company will pay for it. Has anyone had this experience before? Is it serious?
I had some x-rays done and everything came out ok. But I am getting worried…

I would definately advise that you get some professional help. Any back problem which is causing more widespread symptoms, especially nerual symptoms like pins and needles and numbness should be checked out thoroughly.
