Default any ideas what this could be??

two weeks ago playing university football i threw a block wrong and ended up hitting with the top of my head. this lead to instant severe pain in the middle of my back (between my shoulderblades at the spine) and shooting pain into my sternum. adrenaline saw me through the rest of the game but it is now getting worse. when i straighten my back or twist i get a sharp pain in the same place and a dull ache in my chest. not sure what this could be, whether is just a bit of a knock or worse. any ideas or advice would be greatly appreciated.
    thanks

    Hi

Get this checked out! It hopefully is just a muscle tear or spasm which can cause chest pain in that area due to muscle attachments to the ribs.

If it is it will just required some good massage and stretching to loosen it off and help with healing.

But i would recommend seeing a Dr or someone initially and explain the pain radiates into your chest, just to get it checked
