    Default Burn from Shoulder Taping

I had my shoulder taped back on friday morning, to help with my posture .Today I noticed at the end of the tape where it had been pulling a small fluid filled ulcer developed which burst. How do I treat it , why did it happen how to prevent it happening again. There was hypafix under the tape

    Hi
I'm not sure why that would have happened if you have hypafix tape underneath. Were there any wrinkles in the tape? Are you usually sensative to this kind of thing (i.e. plasters etc).
Just try to keep the area clean and it should heal on it's own, but keep an eye on it and if you are unsure go to your Doctor.

Thanks i think there must have been a wrinkle or possible the end of the tgape may have slightly overlapped the hypafix and pulled on the skin

I have covered it with a dry dressing and will just leave it to heal
