Default Tooth Ache and Shoulder Pain

I have started having right sided neck and shoulder pain and am wondering if it is connected to my dental problems gettting worse . I have fair few fillings but when I saw the dentist today for the pain he said that apart from a small cavity the rest of the teeth / fillings seem sound. I also have some issues with my sinusses

I'm not sure if the two could be related. If the dentist says the teeth aren't looking too bad then it wouldn't be my 1st thought.
Have you done anything different with your neck or posture lately? Been doing more desk/computer work or driving? Tried a different sport etc? Any of these can trigger neck pain which comes out of nowhere.
Try some neck stretches and get yourself a couple of good massages to see if this helps.
