Broken Clavicle Bone After Motorcycle Crash

Hi I have recently been involved in a motorcycle crash at my local race track which as a result I have broken my Collar bone (Clavicle) and two ribs.

I would discribe my Collar bone injury as a dislocated from my shoulder, but I have been told this is common and it is a fractured bone.

It has been three weeks since I have obtained this injury and it seems to be healing fine, Could someone tell me does the bone re-join to the shoulder or does the collar bone remain broken and loose for life ?????

I have been told that nearly all Collar clavicle bone fractures heal by there selfs, could someone please tell me how well I can expect this type of injury to heal, will sport activities be ok as well as physical employment ??????
