    Default Front Shoulder Pain

Hey I recently hurt my shoulder at the gym 3 days ago bench pressing. It was a careless error on my part and seems that my shoulder is getting better. I can move arm to the front and to the side but every once and a while when I move my arm to the front, it feels like something pops in the front of my shoulder. Does anyone know if this will get better or have any suggestions for me? Thanks a bunch.

    Hi,

Probably some relatively minor damage to the chest muscles. Rest, massage and stretching should sort that out. the popping feeling may just be a tight band of muscle, flicking across the bone.

If you get a couple of massages and stretch it regularly with no improvement, visit a Dr or sports physio
