Unhappy Immense shoulder pain ... help?

Firstly i have no recollection of injuring my shoulder in anyway...

But anyway..... If i raise my arm when straightened i get a twinge in my shoulder, yet if i bend my arm as though doing a chicken wing (sorry best example) i get a sharp pain in my shoulder, which is then made ALOT worse if i try and raise it, on attempt to raise it it's extremely difficult and cannot make it so my elbow is above my head whilst my arm is still bent like a chicken wing

Any one have aaaany idea what this is????

I just dont know why bending it and trying to raise it would make any difference compared to when it is straight

The only way I can think is that if when bending your arm you are also rotating it at all? This would put more emphasis on some of the rotator cuff muscles.
Where is the pain? Front or back/top of the shoulder?
If it just came on gradually then it is likely a postural problem where a muscle has gradually built up a lot of tension. I would recommend some sports massage as a good starting point.
