Something which is often overlooked with longstanding shoulder pain which radiates into the arm is that it may not be coming from the shoulder, but may be from the neck. Did you ever have any investigations of the neck area? Did any of the professionals you have seen assess this?
If not, have you had any stiffness or pain the the neck/upper back area? If so this is worth investigating further

    Hi All,
I have experiencing shoulder pain problem since last 2 months after following military press exercise on you tube. Though I have stopped doing military press but still I felt pain during military press and overhead squat.
Looking for advice. Any input will be appreciated.

If there was a sudden point of pain then it is likely a muscle or tendon tear. The rotator cuff muscles are the most commonly injured in this situation
