Hello, its been almost 6 weeks since my shoulder arthroscopy due to dislocation and almost three months since the actual dislocation. I havent done any type os strenght training since then at all.
I recently started pendulum exercises and will start stretching shortly.
The question i have is if I should be doing strength exercises with my good arm, or just wait out the other and follow it through the rehab process.
Any opinions?
