    Default Shoulder/arm pain

Hi - i slipped and landed on my shoulder 2 months ago now and i still have pain around the front of the shoulder/arm area just above the armpit (Humerus?).
I've tried rest / heat / cold but although its not as bad now as i can excercise. It is still there niggleing away at me.

Any ideas on fixing this ?

    Hi

Shoulders can be pretty complex due to the number of muscles/tendons/nerves and other structures in the area.
If you fell on to your shoulder, consider these:

I would really advise you to visit a professioanl to get an assessment. Although most shoulder pain resulting from a fall are related to an actual shoulder injury, in some cases, pain can actually be radiating from higher up, such as the neck, due to the huge number of nerves in the area.
