    Default shouder pain

recently had a similar experience. had trouble sleeping thru the night. pain was the worst when trying to lift 35-45 blocks above shoulder level. turns out i had torn my rotator cuff completely thru the supraspinatus AND the infraspinatus. also had a SLAP tear on my labrum. i'm 12 weeks post-op, and it sucks! i would suggest you see a doctor and get a refferal to an orthopaedic sugeon. not what you want to hear, but needs to be looked at.

Default benching after cuff/ labrum repair

anyone ever had trouble getting their bench back to a normal max after having rotator cuff/ labrum repair surgery? had my surgery 12 weeks ago today, and my physical therapist is telling me i'll probably never use a barbell to bench with again. i'm sure i'll get a good workout with dumbbells, but my likes the heavy barbells!

I found the site slaptear.com which is dedicated to shoulder injuries. I think the guy that runs it is prettty active again. I'd ask there...
