my son does kick-boxing and has hyper extended hi tendons in his shoulder. what should he do for the pain and should he cut out or down training for the time bieng. thanx for any help

He should definately rest until the movements he has to perform are pain free. Rest, ice and a shoulder support may help him. If it doesn't improve within 10-14 days then take him to a Doctor or physio etc
