    Exclamation Elbow Bone Popping out

My right elbow has this weird thing that pops out, i think its the place where your funny bone is. Anyways look at your arm and on the inside of it there is a top and bottom "bone".
The bottom harder one for me is in place on my left elbow but on my right elbow it moves out of place when i touch it my doctor told me to massage it and take napryosyn but i dont see how that is going to help. ( He said my elbow was swollen and when i look in the mirror i see a bigger white thing stick out from my elbow than the other side)

    Hi

Has anything happened to bring this on (like an injury etc) or did it just come on gradually?

Does it hurt? And does it only happen when you touch it? Not when you do any particular movements or activities?

I remember about a few years back (2/3) i hit it really hard and it hurt for a while but not too hurtful just felt like it was weird sticking out and moving around. And it doesnt hurt when i touch it, it feels like im moving this "string or ligament when i touch the part" But it only hurts when i do something to do with my triceps or lift something over my head. Hope that helps

I had a similar problem to you, mine was brought on by weight training and losing control of a heavy dumbell not the best thing that i've ever done lol

Basically i saw this doctor who said that that the bone was slightly out of line and that they could straighten it back up and i've had no problems since then so i was wondering if yours could be the same injury as mine??

    Default well

I've kept having the same problem so i decided not to use what hurts it. My doctor keeps telling me to massage it and whatnot but it wont help. I can feel something on the bottom of my elbow move, is it possible to have surgery on this ( I am quite young as well) so maybe the doctor keeps telling me to take anti-flammatory medicine but that doesnt seem to help at all since this is an ongoing problem.

I think you need physical therapy for your elbow .. its better for you to consult a physician ..

Yes I agree. Don't assume that its just fine you should go with a doctor to examine it so that they will give you some proper medications or treatments.
