I injured my right elbow 2 weeks ago and ended up with a piece of titanium to replace de head of the radium. I have been doing rehab for two weeks now but the progress is really slow and smal.........also I do not know what to expect. Is there any place where I can research exercises or more information about getting my elbow back to a normal function?.......and does any body know what porcentage of my fumction will get back?
    Tx. for reading.

    Hi,

What was the actual injury? Its very hard to say anything about recovery times as they vary between individuals and depending on the extent of the damage and success oft he operation.

My advice would be to just follow the instructions given to you by your physio/physical therapist or whoever you are seeing through the hospital.
